1. Company Information
Millwards Digital is a digital services business operating online across the United Kingdom. We specialise in website design, development, hosting, search engine optimisation, and ongoing online presence management for UK-based businesses.

2. Services
Millwards Digital provides the following services to its clients:
- Website design and development
- Website hosting, care, and maintenance
- Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Google Business Profile management
- Social media management
- Analytics and growth reporting
- Domain name registration (on behalf of clients)
- Related digital marketing and consulting services
The specific services included in each package are outlined on our Pricing page. Any additional or custom services will be agreed in writing before work commences.
3. Pricing & Payment
Our pricing structure consists of two components:
- One-time setup fee — A single payment covering the initial website design, development, and launch. This fee is due before work commences and is non-refundable once work has started.
- Monthly subscription — A recurring monthly payment covering ongoing hosting, maintenance, SEO, reporting, and other management services as outlined in your chosen package.
All prices are as advertised on our website at the time of purchase and are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Monthly subscription payments are billed automatically on the same date each month as your initial subscription date.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are payable each month on a rolling basis. There are no long-term contracts — you are free to cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice.
If a monthly payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again. If payment cannot be collected after 14 days, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is brought up to date. We will always contact you before taking any suspension action.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Any price changes will not affect the current billing period.
5. Domain Registration
Where we register a domain name on your behalf, the domain is registered in your name and remains your property at all times. We act as the technical contact and manage the domain on your behalf as part of our service.
Should you choose to leave Millwards Digital, we will facilitate the transfer of your domain to your chosen registrar at no additional cost, provided your account is in good standing.
Domain registration fees are paid to the relevant domain registry and are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.
6. Website Ownership
Once the one-time setup fee has been paid in full, the website and all of its content belong to you, the client. This includes all text, images, graphics, and other content that you have provided or that has been created specifically for your website.
If the setup fee is paid in instalments, full ownership transfers upon receipt of the final payment. Until the setup fee is paid in full, Millwards Digital retains ownership of the website and its design.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us, including text, images, logos, and branding materials. By providing content to Millwards Digital, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, modify, and display that content as necessary to deliver our services.
Millwards Digital retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, code libraries, and design systems used in the delivery of our services. These are licensed to you for use on your website for the duration of our service agreement.
We may showcase your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to deliver the highest quality service, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business results.
Millwards Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We are not liable for any disruption or downtime caused by third-party services, including but not limited to hosting providers, domain registrars, search engines, social media platforms, or payment processors.
Our total liability to you in respect of any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. When you use our contact forms or checkout process, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and business details. This information is used solely to deliver our services and communicate with you about your account.
Your data is stored securely and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payment processing) as necessary to deliver our services.
We use cookies and analytics tools on our website to understand how visitors interact with our site and to improve our services. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make such a request, please contact us at support@millwards.shop.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to support@millwards.shop. During the notice period, all services will continue as normal.
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work has started, a full refund of the setup fee will be provided.
Upon cancellation, we will provide you with a complete export of your website files and content within 14 days. We will also assist with the transfer of your domain name to your chosen registrar.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment (after the 14-day grace period), misuse of our services, or breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
