Refund Policy

Starter kits — 30-day refund guarantee

If you purchase a starter kit and are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at hello@millwards.shop with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days.

Done-For-You Website Service

The Done-For-You Website Building service (£199) is non-refundable once the website has been generated and deployed to your server. This is because the service involves computational work (AI generation and FTP deployment) that cannot be reversed once completed.

If there is a technical failure during the build process — for example, if the website was not successfully deployed to your server — we will either re-attempt the build at no charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

• More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date (starter kits).
• You have resold or redistributed the kit contents.

How to request a refund

Email hello@millwards.shop with:

• Your name
• The product you purchased
• Your order reference (if available)
• A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
