  • Eligible: (a) contact/enquiry form that does not deliver - diagnosed, fixed, and tested by real delivery to a real inbox; (b) SSL/HTTPS or mixed-content warning; (c) layout broken on mobile or after a plugin/theme update; (d) plugin conflict causing a visible error; (e) page-speed regression on up to 5 pages - profiled, cheapest fix applied
  • Work done on a staging or backup copy first where the platform allows, then applied live
  • Short written handover: what was broken, what was changed, how to avoid a repeat

Not included

  • New pages, new features, redesign or copywriting
  • Hosting fees, domain fees, paid plugins or themes
  • Any promise or expectation of SEO rankings - none is offered or sold
  • Ongoing maintenance or monitoring after handover
  • Malware removal from a compromised host (referred on, not undertaken)
  • Any work requiring root access to a server not controlled by Millwards

  • Copywriting from scratch - client supplies the words
  • Photography, video, illustration or stock imagery sourcing
